Products produced by Dakota Surfaces are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is not transferable and does not include any damage or defect caused by any of the following: excessive heat, impacts, settling or failure of cabinetry or support fixtures, exposure to acids or other chemicals, ultra violet light, normal wear and tear, gouges, or general abuse or improper care.

This warranty does not cover any irregularities inherent to recycled glass includeing color variation, opacity variation, pits, fissures, markings, or voids.

Dakota Surfaces is intended for indoor use only and is not warranted for an exterior installation.

Dakota Surfaces counter tops must be installed by a certified Dakota Surfaces installer. The product is not warranted against damage caused by installation or alteration done by any unauthorized installer.

Warranty coverage applies to the repair or replacement of the Dakota Surfaces product in the event of a manufacturer defect occurs. Coverage does not extend to any loses, costs, expenses or damages associated with repair, removal, fabrication, or installation of the product. The warranty does not include any associated costs or perceived losses during the repair or replacement process.
